I don't do that kind of stuff, or I am not gay or I look hot without wearing man panties or sexy underwear are just some of the excuses men make when it comes to wearing hot and sexy underwear for men. We do not live in a culture that starts conditioning men at an early age that they take care of their skin, hair and bodies the way women do. Plenty of men work out look and smell good but we persist in thinking that only gay men wear sexy underwear or take care of themselves. Even if only partially true this is a very sad statement about and for men. No one wants men to become women as women have that very well in hand. On the other hand many women want the men in their lives to take more care in their appearance and often men shrug it off successfully.



Sexy men's underwear is not a revolutionary concept as many men including sexy gay men indeed take better care of their appearance than straight men. This is the subject of many jokes and anecdotes as many men and women consider that a good looking man must be gay and they are often correct. A man who is well groomed, hair, skin, and teeth as well as impeccably groomed is a homosexual. Somehow straight men are left to be something less and the straight women who want a heterosexual man in her life must often wish he were "more gay". After all if taking care of oneself is a gay characteristic then why not wish for more gay men in the world.

Straight men are lazy both physically and in terms of the time spent looking sexy for the woman in their lives. While it doesn't take much time to buy some sexy underwear most men don't bother. They will often allow their girlfriends or wives to do the shopping for them as though they were little children. While this is not all straight men, gay men seem to relish doing the shopping for themselves and the results are obvious. This is not about bashing straight men and exalting the virtues of gay men but on the other hand straight men don't often listen to their girl friends and wives. Wearing sexy underwear or men's lingerie to a man is really not that different than a woman wearing sexy lingerie. Men need to get more comfortable with their own sexuality or as it is often put get in touch with their feminine side. In doing so he sends her a message that it is important to him how he looks to her and what she thinks of him in sexual terms. Here are a couple of things a man can do to increase his sexual quotient with the woman he loves.

1. Don't wear a thong unless you have the body for it and you probably don't! I didn't say wear clown shoes just because she asks you to so keep some of your dignity if you have any after winning the belching and farting contest.

2. Do wear bun huggers or those men's underwear that is similar to a woman's boy shorts. They are half way between briefs and boxers only snug and make you look like you have a big penis! Every guy wants a bigger penis and every woman wants a man who has a big penis. Forget that stuff about size doesn't matter unless you still believe politicians don't lie constantly.

3. Shave your privates as it makes your package look cleaner and bigger. There is that word again bigger. Even if your girl doesn't tell you she has never faked an orgasm you aren't dumb enough to believe it are you?

4. Buy some muscle shirts, snug fitting t-shirts in many colors and throw away those ill fitting t-shirts that you got from the Dodgers when they won the pennant in 1907. They look ratty, you look ratty and when she wakes up she sees you in it and she runs into the bathroom to barf. You thought she was on her period. Gee you will believe anything, won't you?

5. If you have a beard, lose it. If you let your facial hair grow trim it daily, yes daily. If you have a mustache lose it you look like a porn star and not one with a big wanker.

6. Trim the nose hair, hair in your ears and trim those eyebrows. Do you want a girlfriend with a unibrow or a mustache?

7. Go to a hair stylist! Find a gorgeous one who will lie to you to get extra tips but if your girlfriend likes it tell her your hair stylist is hot and she won't believe you. If she finally meets the hair stylist you can always tell her you told her the hair stylist was gorgeous.

8. Smell good- all the time! I did not say put a bottle of cologne on you every morning I said smell good all the time. Perhaps the smell of soap turns her on, perhaps the cologne or perhaps the smell of beer on your breath.

9. Get a robe and join the 21st century. Get a nice summer and winter robe. Do you notice all the hot guys wear them in the movies? Wear it open with your hot manties underneath. Manties are man panties, get used to the name and embrace it as it is you.

13. Start smoking a pipe- just kidding! Don't smoke a cigar in your girlfriends face! Don't belch, fart or otherwise emit noises from orifices.

14. Occasionally don't wear any underwear at all! Show her you have some mystery as you take your pants off and your Johnson plops out, or for most of you guys plips out.

These hangers literally hand from the belt via stretch straps and at the end is a fastener to hook onto the top of the stockings. The fastener is generally a metal eyelet that reduces down to grasp the stocking and keep it in place on the woman's thighs. These are strategically placed on her legs to keep the stockings up and in place.

While many may disagree I think plus size models are the sexiest models you can find and the reasons have to do a lot with how healthy they look. Why Should Women Wear Sexy Lingerie?

Why should women wear sexy lingerie in the bedroom or before sexual activity? What is the point of wearing sexy lingerie when the lingerie ends up getting removed shortly after putting it on? Does sexy lingerie really serve any purpose other than helping make a woman a sex object?

I was reading a blog the other day from a feminist and it stood for the position that sexy lingerie is a bad thing and objectifies women as sexual objects and is dehumanizing to her. At first I was amused that these feminists are so off base that they don't get it. How wrong can a feminist be to dismiss the value of sexy lingerie to women but on the other hand it was indeed a woman writing the blog post. After reading it again I decided I still disagreed with the post but thought it was a good starting point for presenting the opposite side of the argument. It is my belief as a woman that it is up to the individual woman as to what she wears or doesn't wear in bed, before sex or to work. This tyranny of the feminist left is over reaching as it presumes to tell women what they can't and cannot wear. Why in the world would the fringe left or the wacky right presume to think they can dictate what anyone wears? But this ignores the question as to whether the wearing of "sexy" lingerie is a means of men objectifying a woman?

Certainly we can agree that sexy lingerie does expose a woman's body in a very suggestive and sexual way. Much of the sexy lingerie is sheer, transparent, short, skimpy and naughty. Thus a simplistic approach to the wearing of sexy lingerie would argue that that in itself is making a sexual object out of a woman's body. What this argument ignores is a woman's free will to present herself as a sexual being which she is regardless of what she or others think. All of us are sexual beings and there is nothing we can do about that. How we project ourselves is entirely up to us. The argument that it is "men's attempt to make women a sex object" is assuming so much simply for the sake of many feminist's agendas to make men responsible for all that is wrong with the world. In this case men are innocent of anything other than enjoying women's sexuality and there is nothing wrong with that.

The reason women wear sexy lingerie is as varied as there are women. No doubt some women wear sexy lingerie to please the man in their lives. If this is not voluntary then of course it is inappropriate at best. Forcing a woman to wear any garment is wrong but on the other hand anything a couple does in the privacy of their own home that is not illegal is perfectly appropriate. Wearing sexy lingerie is a means to an end that apparently many women enjoy but there is no doubt that men's desire is a component. Trying to insert yourself into the decisions of adults in the bedroom is simply a waste of time regardless of the reason. Free will is free will and to suggest that women only wear lingerie for the sake of men is patently false.

Feminism has done much for women although what it has done in the bedroom is difficult to ascertain. Sexy lingerie is a garment that is often a prelude to sex and in many ways much of what goes on in a bedroom is for the sake of sexual gratification. Is it mistreating a woman if he climaxes and she doesn't? Is spanking her bottom gently or telling her to do something like "faster", "harder" or "don't stop" dominating her? Where do we stop if we get on the slippery slope of telling women or men for that matter what is and is not appropriate?

I suggest we stay out of the bedroom altogether with our political agenda's and religious beliefs if the parties in the bedroom don't ask for the direction. It is legitimate for feminists to express their opinions but like politics and religion it is best to keep a hands off position on the subject of sex which is after all a major component of buying, wearing and introducing lingerie into the bedroom. I suggest most women dismiss the arguments that wearing sexy lingerie objectifies a woman as perhaps it does, perhaps it doesn't but who really cares? In some ways it is like preaching to people that chocolate is bad for you because it has sugar, caffeine and causes one to gain weight. It clearly appears that this is the case but it is also delicious, satisfying and millions are not about to stop eating it for those reasons. Sex and sexy lingerie and sexual enjoyment and men and women are so intertwined that virtually nothing is going to stop her from wearing it and he from wanting to see her wearing it.

So why should a woman wear sexy lingerie? One obvious reason is she wants to be appealing to her boyfriend, husband or lover! Simply put sexy lingerie puts an uncomplicated image in front of her lover that she wants to be romantic, have sex or otherwise engage in sexual play. Wearing sexy lingerie is similar to a football player putting on his uniform. When he does he and others around him know that a football game is about to occur. Does he do this in a vacuum? Does he do this in the men's room at his wife's office? No, wearing sexy lingerie is done in a certain context, often at a certain time, although not necessarily. Wearing a sheer babydoll is unmistakably a suggestion that she wants sex, fondling, forplay or some other sexual activity. Sure she could strip naked and say F@#$ me! Or she could simply lay down on the floor, spread her legs and point to herself but that is kind of crude. Wearing sexy lingerie is an accepted means of saying without speaking.

A woman should wear sexy lingerie because it, like putting on business attire is a means of showing her co-workers, boss and family that it is now time for work, not play. Wearing sexy lingerie can put a woman in the mood because she likely associates sexy lingerie with pleasure, arousal, adult activity and sex. These associations are very powerful just as telling your 9 year old to put his swimming trunks on! As he is racing into the bedroom to get them on is he thinking he is going to the dentist, church or school? No, he is thinking how much he loves going to the swimming pool in part because he recalls instinctively how much fun he has had at the pool. Associations are part of our lives and we know it.

Finally and perhaps most importantly a woman should wear sexy lingerie if she loves the way she looks and feels when she put sexy lingerie on. Wearing a new outfit, new shoes, or jewelry can make a woman or man feel good about themselves. Simple things like "you smell good" or "is that a new tie" or simply "have you lost weight" are things that can make our day. If wearing sexy and revealing lingerie makes you feel good or brings back good, even great memories then that is a great reason why women should wear sexy lingerie.

Is Lingerie an Aphrodisiac?

Is lingerie an aphrodisiac or what is the lure for women to wear sexy lingerie? Lingerie is an effective aphrodisiac but we don't usually look on it as a love potion or something that draws a man towards a woman. So why do women wear lingerie and does it have an effect on a man's libido?

Lingerie is, after all only clothing that women wear although it may be inappropriate for wearing in public, particularly in cold weather. Lingerie is considered by many to be superfluous, unnecessary and even a complete waste of money. So why do women continue to purchase it, wear it and perhaps even believe that it increases their sex appeal or sexual desirability? The lingerie business is a multi million dollar business and it is so routine and pervasive you can find it in virtually every mall in the country in the form of a Victoria's Secret or many department stores, not to mention the proliferation of sexy lingerie sites on the internet.

Is lingerie a continuation of the attempt by men to turn women into sex objects by making them into men's sexual fantasies? To some degree this is likely as wearing sexy lingerie does encourage men to look at women as objects of sexual desire. While true to some degree what is wrong with that? Do women solely wear sexy lingerie for the purposes of men's sexual fantasies? In part yes but this ignores how sexy lingerie makes women feel. Certainly some women wear sexy lingerie solely for the men in their lives while they get no benefits or enjoyment from the practice. On the other hand it is naive and unlikely that all women wear lingerie solely for men.

So does lingerie act as an aphrodisiac? The answer is yes and the reason may at least in part be that men are such visual creatures. Men overwhelmingly enjoy pornography as compared to women. Men enjoy seeing images of women naked or in videos or even in person in the form of strip shows and magazines. Women don't seem to be nearly as interested in images of men naked and while they do seem to enjoy male strip shows they do not engage in this form of entertainment nearly as much.

Men's interest in sexy lingerie has little to do with the lingerie as it is really about the suggestive nature of sexy lingerie and what it represents. Sexy lingerie is not particularly important but the woman wearing the lingerie is the primary factor. Sexy lingerie suggests that a woman is ready, willing and able to engage in sexual activity. Sexy lingerie clearly sends a message to men that she desires sexual activity in a clear, unambiguous manner which is so important in today's society. This is not to be confused with men using the defense for such sexually related crimes that a woman is asking for it when she wears sexually suggestive clothing as short skirts or suggestive outer wear. Just as that defense is routinely ignored, it is not likely that a woman would argue that she was raped when she was in a situation where she was wearing overtly sexually suggestive lingerie in a bedroom with her husband or boyfriend. Nevertheless when a woman says no, regardless of her state of dress or undress a man's failure to cease and desist is still rape in virtually all jurisdictions and rightly so.

While women wear sexy lingerie for a myriad of reasons one of them is certainly to suggest or encourage sexual activity. One cannot rationally argue that a woman wearing sexy lingerie is not an aphrodisiac but that does not give a man license to do what he please with her. A woman can put on the sexiest lingerie available and even become totally naked and that does not allow a man to force her to do whatever he wants. A woman retains the right to change her mind at any time, for any reason. This is not unfair but totally fair and reasonable. This does not alter the fact that wearing sexy lingerie is an aphrodisiac as it encourages, suggests and promotes sexual intimacy between a man and a woman. In virtually all cases wearing this lingerie is the first step in encouraging sexual relations and is in the minds of women and men when sexy lingerie is purchased.

Shapers rarely are made to shape the bust as you must wear a bra in addition to the shaper. Women accumulate fat in many areas but mainly in the stomach area, lower stomach, buttocks and thigh areas. Choosing the right shaper for you is simply a matter of what you are wearing and what area or areas you would like shaped. Many women are purchasing the mid calf body shaper which addresses problem areas from under the bust through the abdominal and buttocks area. Unfortunately shapers don't cause you to lose weight only to shape and sculpt the area for a short period of time.





Once you have decided what area or areas need shaping then the next decision you will need to make is the amount of compression you will require. Compression is simply the pressure you want the garment to assert against your body to hold it in. A general rule is you will need medium compression for minor problem areas. If you have a minimal need for shaping or compression then the medium compression will do the job. If you feel you need a good amount of compression then a strong compression garment will be required. The febrics or materials used to provide the compression are lycra spandex, nylon or even latex rubber. Lingerie Football League...no joke!

We're all very familiar with the NFL or National Football League-- with teams ranging from the Dallas Cowboys (Flirty Lingerie favorite) to the New England Patriots (Tom Brady, oh my!) But until recently I can't say that I knew the LFL or Lingerie Football League existed outside of every male fantasy.

It looks as though the LFL season will kick-off this September with Fox Mobile securing exclusve rights to stream directly to viewers mobile phones with interviews, behind-the scenes footage and video clips. Ten franchises (including the Dallas Desire, San Diego Seduction, Denver Dream, Chicago Bliss, etc.)will compete in games throughout a 20-week season.

Some say the LFL is simply objectivication of women, but my initial thoughts are that the uniforms are too cute...let's be honest, what do you think lingerie purveyors would say!? I'm not sure how well the "sport" may do in terms of ratings/fans/following-- what do you think? Guys, would you or your friends sit down and watch? Girls, what are your thoughts? Bettie Page - Iconic figure dead at age 85

Bettie Page, model who helped define lingerie and nude modeling for a generation has died. Bettie Page was instantly recognizable with her page boy hair cut, black hair and innocent fact with a smoking hot body and the ability to model nude or near nude and not appear dirty or scandalous.

Her photos included a centerfold in the January 1955 issue of then-fledgling Playboy magazine, as well as controversial sadomasochistic poses. The latter helped contribute to her mysterious disappearance from the public eye, which lasted decades and included years during which she battled mental illness and became a born-again Christian.

The 21st century indeed had people remembering her just as she was. She became the subject of songs, biographies, Web sites, comic books, movies and documentaries. A new generation of fans bought thousands of copies of her photos, and some feminists hailed her as a pioneer of women's liberation. Gretchen Mol portrayed her in 2005's "The Notorious Bettie Page" and Paige Richards had the role in 2004's "Bettie Page: Dark Angel." Page herself took part in the 1998 documentary "Betty Page: Pinup Queen."

Her career began in October 1950 when she took a break from her job as a secretary in New York office for a walk along the beach at Coney Island. An amateur photographer named Jerry Tibbs admired the 27-year-old's firm, curvy body and asked her to pose.

Looking back on the career that followed, she told Playboy in 1998, "I never thought it was shameful. I felt normal. It's just that it was much better than pounding a typewriter eight hours a day, which gets monotonous." Nudity didn't bother her, she said, explaining: "God approves of nudity. Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, they were naked as jaybirds."

In 1951, Page fell under the influence of a photographer and his sister who specialized in S&M. They cut her hair into the dark bangs that became her signature and posed her in spiked heels and little else. She was photographed with a whip in her hand, and in one session she was spread-eagled between two trees, her feet dangling. "I thought my arms and legs would come out of their sockets," she said later. Moralists denounced the photos as perversion, and Sen. Estes Kefauver of Tennessee, Page's home state, launched a congressional investigation.

Page quickly retreated from public view, later saying she was hounded by federal agents who waved her nude photos in her face. She also said she believed that, at age 34, her days as "the girl with the perfect figure" were nearly over. She moved to Florida in 1957 and married a much younger man, as an early marriage to her high school sweetheart had ended in divorce. Her second marriage also failed, as did a third, and she suffered a nervous breakdown.

Life grew more turbulent in later years


In 1959, she was lying on a sea wall in Key West when she saw a church with a white neon cross on top. She walked inside and became a born-again Christian. After attending Bible school, she wanted to serve as a missionary but was turned down because she had been divorced. Instead, she worked full-time for evangelist Billy Graham's ministry.

A move to Southern California in 1979 brought more troubles. She was arrested after an altercation with her landlady, and doctors who examined her determined she had acute schizophrenia. She spent 20 months in a state mental hospital in San Bernardino. A fight with another landlord resulted in her arrest, but she was found not guilty because of insanity. She was placed under state supervision for eight years.

"She had a very turbulent life," Todd Mueller, a family friend and autograph seller, told The Associated Press on Thursday. "She had a temper to her." Mueller said he first met Page after tracking her down in the 1990s and persuaded her to do an autograph signing event.
